Mohrbach Verpackungsmaschinen offers flexible top loading stations for different product groups

The big variety of products places steadily higher demands to the top loading stations. Piece products, bulk products, mixed packs in the food and non-food sector, the machines have to be most flexible.

Therefore the German manufacturer Mohrbach Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH developed 3 series of top loading stations in order to fulfill these demands:

MTL-P
Top loading stations with pick & place feature are used for high speed and precision. Different gripping and suction systems adapt to the various products and therefore ensure the necessary flexibility.

MTL-C
Top loading stations with continuous working feature guarantee a careful treatment of the product. They are suitable for products which can not be accumulated. Also several layers can be created with this type of top loading stations.

MTL-D
Top loading stations with dropping feature are mainly used for bulk products. Also mixed packs, e. g. for the confectionery sector can be made with this principle.

The top loading stations are available as individual machines or integrated in complete packaging lines with box erecting and closing systems and/or end load case packing machines.
